Here is a service hosted by MSN which tells you which gas station in your immediate area has the lowest gasoline price.

Actually I had no idea there was such a big difference in gasoline prices from one part of the US to the next and from one gas station to the next. E.g. at the time of writing the lowest (national) price was $3.51and the most expensive was $5.29, that is about 50% more! OK, it is unlikely that prices in your immediate vicinity would vary as widely as that, but it is simple to check.

Here is how to do this:

• Visit autos.msn.com/everyday/gasstations.aspx?zip=&src=Netx

• You have to enter your zip code and it will tell you which gas station has the lowest price (and the highest) in your immediate area.
• You can even get a map and directions on the site.

• The database is updated every evening!

• I recommend saving this as one of your “Bookmarks”!!!

Of course if you are REALLY tired of high gas prices you can always have a look at the Water 4 Gas system which makes it possible to double your gas mileage.
